Meet Our Team

Justine Sims, Chair of Governors and Safeguarding Governor, has worked in the education sector since 1997, moving into supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) ten years later. She has served as Head Teacher and Executive Head Teacher for 14 years, leading specialist schools and colleges across the country.

As Chair of the Governing Body and Regional Director, Justine provides effective challenge and support to the school's leaders, ensuring strong governance and quality assurance while keeping every child at the heart of everything we do.
